Parking Tickets
As part of our commitment to providing citizens with efficient, convenient service, the City of Burlington Police Department and Municipal Court has partnered with Payment Service Network to offer online payment of parking tickets. MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards are accepted. Bank Account drafts are also accepted at Payment Service Network. There is a nominal fee charged for this service by both companies.
Water & Sewer Bills
Customers are billed quarterly for water and sewer service. Additionally, public fire protection service charges are billed quarterly, which recover the costs related to the capacity of the system available to fight fires within the municipality’s water service area. Water and sewer usage charges are based on actual meter readings done every quarter.
Customers can pay from the comfort of their homes, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. You can log onto Payment Service Network to pay by checking or savings. You can also call a toll-free automated phone payment service to pay by check or credit card at 877-885-7968.
Residents can also set up Auto-Pay and not have to worry about making payments each quarter. Auto-payments can be for the amount of the bill or a set budgeted amount. Additionally, the information is updated daily so you can see your account history and be notified by email when a new Utility bill arrives. You can also opt out of receiving paper bills, or continue to receive them at your choice.
