The City of Burlington Wastewater Utility is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Laboratory Technician. This is a full-time, hourly position. Starting compensation is $22.18/hour with an excellent benefits package.

The Lab Tech is responsible for performing a variety of testing, analysis, and reporting necessary for the compliant operation of the Wastewater Utility. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or other life science, prior lab experience, and a wastewater operator’s license, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
