What will happen if I am guilty, will not be coming to court but I don’t have the money to pay my ticket by the court date?
If you do not have a mandatory appearance and you do not come to court, you will be found guilty by default and given 60 days to pay from your court date. If you have a mandatory appearance and you do not show up for court, a warrant will be issued to find you and set you up with a new court date for the purpose of advising you of sentencing options and information.
