FOX RIVER DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AND RETAIL SPACE

Fox River Development constructed a one story 24,000 square foot professional and retail space building on the property that is just south of the Fox River State Bank adjacent to Dodge Street (the site of the old AMPI building). The property will be landscaped and curbed and will have a parking for 127 cars. The façade of the building will be consistent and complimentary with the façade of the Fox River State Bank. It is the intention of the developer to tie the two projects together.
