For 2008 the new and improved Burlington Farmers Market will open with new vendors, entertainment and the support of the downtown merchants from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 5 in beautiful downtown Burlington. Located at Wehmoff Square and along Washington Street, residents from throughout the region will be able to peruse the best in locally grown produce, cheeses and meats, as well as enjoy the entertainment of Jeff Kramer from CloverLick Banjos.

Shoppers are encouraged to get to the market early on opening day to be a part of the ribbon cutting celebration and take advantage of some great Grand Opening Specials. While in town, visitors are encouraged to visit one of Burlington’s quaint locally owned shops, or dine at one of the many downtown eating establishments.

The market will occur every Thursday evening from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. throughout the summer and fall. Those seeking fresh, locally grown produce and unique gifts will be sure to want to visit every week.

Simon's Gardens

Lester's Bison Farm

berry pies, sauces and seasonings, fish
and seafood, cheese

Brightonwoods Orchard

Brinkman Greenhouse
