Fourth Tuesday of the month at 4:00 P.M.

The Library Board is the governing body of the Burlington Public Library. Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the library.

The Library Board:

has control of the expenditure of all moneys collected, donated or appropriated for the library fund;
approves all vouchers for the expenditures of the library;
supervises the administration of the library
appoints the librarian; and,
prescribes the duties and compensation of library staff.
