The Burlington Housing Authority was
created to provide for the construction, operation and
management of Riverview Manor which provides housing for
low income elderly. The Housing Authority is
responsible for fulfilling its commitments with respect
to paying off the mortgage on Riverview Manor and
collecting rent to be applied to the mortgage.
