The Board of Public Works was called to order by
Alderman Robert Miller at 2:57 p.m. with the following
in attendance: Alderman Robert Miller, Attorney Tom
Kircher, Utility Manager Connie Wilson, Supervisor
Utilities Division Mr. Dick Pieters and Mr. Tom Foht of
Kapur Engineering. Excused: Mayor Claude Lois
Attorney Kircher made a motion to approve the April
12, 2007 Board of Public Work's minutes. Alderman Miller
seconded the motion and with all in favor, the motion
carried.

Attorney Kircher motioned to accept the bids and
refer them to engineering staff for recommendation.
Attorney Kircher motioned to adjourn the meeting.
Alderman Miller seconded the motion and with all in
favor the meeting adjourned at 3:06 p.m.
