Bid Opening
December 7, 2006
Council Chambers
3:00 P.M.
The Board of Public Works was called to order by
Mayor Claude Lois at 3:00 p.m. in the council chambers
with the following in attendance: Mayor Claude Lois,
Attorney Thomas Kircher, Mr.Tom Foht of Kapur
Engineering, Ms. Connie Wilson of Public Works and
representatives of Natgun Corporation and Preload.
Alderman Robert Miller was excused.
A motion was made by Attorney Kircher to approve the
minutes from February 22, 2005, March 30, 2006 and
August 10, 2006. Mayor Lois seconded the motion and with
all in favor the motion carried.
The following bids were opened and presented for
consideration:

Attorney Kircher motioned to accept the bids and to
refer them to Kapur Engineering for recommendation.
Mayor Claude Lois seconded and with all in favor the
motion carried.
Attorney Kircher made a motion to adjourn the
meeting. Mayor Lois seconded the motion and with all in
favor the meeting adjourned at 3:05 p.m.
