The Board of Public Works was called to order by Mayor Claude Lois at 3:04 p.m. In the council chambers with the following in attendance: Mayor Claude Lois, Alderman Peter Hintz, Attorney Tom Kircher, City Administrator David Torgler, Mr. Tom Foht of Kapur Engineering, Mr. Larry Gobel of the DPW and other interested parties.

A motion was made by Alderman Hintz to approve the minutes from the February 21, 2006 Board of Public Works meeting. Attorney Kircher seconded the motion and with all in favor the motion carried.

The following bids for the 2006 Street and Sidewalk Program were opened and presented for consideration:

Alderman Hintz motioned to accept the bids and refer them to Kapur Engineering for recommendation. Attorney Kircher seconded and with all in favor the motion carried.

Alderman Hintz motioned to adjourn. Attorney Kircher seconded the motion and with all in favor the meeting adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
