BID OPENING
February 9, 2006
3:00 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The Board of Public Works was called to order by
Mayor Claude Lois at 3:04 p.m. in the council chambers
with the following in attendance: Mayor Claude Lois,
Alderman Peter Hintz, Attorney Tom Kircher, City
Administrator David Torgler, Mr. Tom Foht of Kapur
Engineering, Ms. Connie Wilson Utility Manager, Mr. Dick
Pieters, Mr. Laird Hintz, Mr. Glen Harjes of the Water
Utility and other interested parties.
The following bids for Well #11 were opened and
presented for consideration:

Alderman Hintz motioned to accept the bids and refer
them to Kapur Engineering for recommendation. Attorney
Kircher seconded and with all in favor the motion
carried.
Alderman Hintz motioned to adjourn. Attorney Kircher
seconded the motion and with all in favor the meeting
adjourned at 3:09 p.m.
