COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The Board of Public Works was called to order by
Mayor Claude Lois at 1:00 p.m. in the council chambers
with the following in attendance: Mayor Claude Lois,
Alderman Jim McCourt, Attorney Tom Kircher, Librarian
Ms. Gayle Falk, Ms. Tammy McCarthy of the Library, and
Mr. Randy Liechty from Liechty & Associates Inc., a
consultant for the library project.
The following bids were opened and presented:

Alderman McCourt motioned to accept the bids and to
refer them to staff for recommendation. Attorney Kircher
seconded and with all in favor the motion carried.
Alderman McCourt motioned to adjourn and Attorney
Kircher
seconded the motion. With all in favor the meeting
adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
