BID OPENING

MARCH 31, 2004

3:30 P.M.

COUNCIL CHAMBERS

The Board of Public Works was called to order by Mayor Claude Lois at 3:32 p.m. in the council chambers with the following in attendance: Mayor Claude Lois, Alderman Jim McCourt, Attorney Thomas Kircher, City Administrator David Torgler, Supervisor Streets/Parks Larry Gobel, Engineering Tech Judy Gerulat, Tom Foht from Kapur Engineering and numerous interested parties.

Alderman McCourt made a motion to accept the minutes of the October 22, 2003 minutes. Attorney Kircher seconded and with all in favor the motion carried.

The following bids were opened and presented:

Alderman McCourt motioned to accept the bids and to refer them to Kapur and Associates for recommendation. Attorney Kircher seconded and with all in favor the motion carried.

Alderman McCourt motioned to adjourn and Attorney Kircher seconded the motion. With all in favor the meeting adjourned at 3:39 p.m.
