The Board of Public Works met on March 15, 2002 at 10:00 a.m., in the lower conference room of the Police Dept. building. Those in attendance were Mayor Claude Lois: James C. McCourt, Alderman; Tom Kircher, City Attorney: Shirley Gunderson, Deputy City Clerk; Jenny Trick, RCEDC; Judy Gerulat, Eng. Tech.

The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for the Wayfinding Directional, Municipal Parking Lot and Recreational Signange Project. A copy of the bid tabulation is attached.

The Deputy City Clerk opened one bid, from Burli-Sign Co. Alderman McCourt moved, and City Attorney Kircher seconded, that the bid be referred to the Engineer and to City staff for tabulation, review and recommendation to the Council at their meeting on March 19, 2002. All voting aye, motion carried.

Alderman McCourt moved, and City Attorney Kircher seconded to adjourn the meeting at 10:06 a.m.
