The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Tom Pringle. Commissioners present were John Hotvedt, Norris (Jack) Berry, and Patricia Spiegelhoff.

Excused Commissioner Ron Patla. Also present Fire Chief Dick Lodle.

Excused Police Chief Eishenhauer.

Public comments: none

On a motion by Commissioner Hotvedt, seconded by Commissioner Berry the Commission unanimously approved minutes of November 7, 2007 meeting.

Commissioner Berry's motion to move into Closed Session per authority of SS19.85 (1)Wis. State Statues at 6:32 p.m. to interview applicants was seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt. Motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Hotvedt motion to move out of closed at 7:01 p.m. seconded by Commissioner Berry passed unanimously. Commissioner Hotvedts' motion to place Aaron Nelson on the eligibility list for Volunteer Fire Department. was seconded by Commissioner Berry passed unanimously. Commissioner Spiegethoffs' motion to place Frank Solofra on the eligibility list for Volunteer Fire Department seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion passed with with Commissioner Hotvedt obstaining.

Motion made by Commissioner Hotvedt to reappoint list of general officers as presented for 2008 for the Volunteer Fire Department. Seconded by Commissioner Spiegelhoff: Roll call votes followed. Hotvedt: aye, Berry: aye, Spiegelhoff aye, Pringle: aye. Motion passed unanimously

Motion at 7:10 p.m. to adjourn by President Pringle, seconded by Commissioner Berry Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned.
