The meeting was called to order at 7:37 a.m. by President Thomas Pringle.

Commissioners present were John Hotvedt, Ron Patla, President Thomas Pringle. Patricia Spiegelhoff and Norris (Jack) Berry were excused.

Motion made by Commissioner Patla, Seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt to approve the Minutes from September 5, 2007. Motion carried unanimously.

Public Comment: None.

Motion made by Commissioner Patla, Seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt to confirm the promotion of Mark Anderson to Assistant Chief of Police. Roll call vote was called for:

• Commissioner Hotvedt aye
• Commissioner Patla aye
• President Pringle aye

Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made by President Pringle at 7:48 a.m. to adjourn, Seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt. Motion carried unanimously.
