The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by President Thomas
Pringle. Commissioners present were Patricia Spiegelhoff, Norris
(Jack) Berry, John Hotvedt and Ron Patla. Also present was acting
Police Chief Scott Eisenhauer.
Motion to approve the minutes of June 28th, 2007
meeting by Commissioner Hotvedt, seconded by Commissioner Berry.
Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Berry request to move into closed Session Per
authority of SS 19.85 (1) at 5:07 p.m. for oral interviews for
Police Sergeants eligibility list. Seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion made by commissioner Berry to move out of closed session
at 6:54p.m. Seconded by Commissioner Spiegelhoff. Motion carried
unanimously.
The eligibility list was ranked and approved.
Motion at 7:56 p.m. to adjourn by President Pringle seconded by
Spiegelhoff. Motion carried unanimously.
