The meeting was called to order at 7:05 a.m. by president Thomas Pringle. Commissioners present were Norris (Jack) Berry, John Hotvedt, Ron Patla and Patricia Spiegelhoff.

Police Department

Open discussion of promotions in absence of Police Chief. Read and reviewed job descriptions and application requirements for Police Chief.

A Notice of Promotional Opportunity will be posted with a deadline date of Noon 02, July 2007 with application be handed in to City Clerks Office.

Meeting scheduled for 12,July 2007 at 5:00 p.m. to interview Sergeants for the City of Burlington Police Department.

Commissioner Spiegelhoff made motion to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt at 8:00 a.m. Motion carried unanimously.
