The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. by President Thomas Pringle. Commissioners present were Norris (Jack) Berry, John Hotvedt, Ron Patla and Patricia Spiegelhoff. Also present Fire Chief Lodle, Police Chief Walsh.

Motion to approve Minutes of May 18, 2007 by Commissioner Hotvedt, seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made by Commissioner Berry at 6:37P.M. to move into closed Session per authority of SS 19.85 (1)(2) to interview fireman applicant per request of Fire Chief Lodle. Seconded by Commissioner Spiegelhoff. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to move out of closed session at 7:26 p.m. by Commissioner Hotvedt seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried unanimously.

Hotvedt so moved to place applicants on eligibility list. Seconded by Berry. Motion carried unanimously.

Fire Chief

Accepting fire inspector applications. To date 6 applicants have requested applications. Recommend that interviews be given in the evening.. Applications are due 7/2/07. Meeting on July 12th number of candidates will be announced.

Police Chief.

Motion made by Commissioner Berry at 7:45 p.m. to move into closed Session. Seconded by Commissioner Spiegelhoff. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made at 8:00 p.m. by Commissioner Spiegelhoff, seconded by Commissioner Patla to move out of closed session. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made by Commissioner Pringle to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt Meeting adjourned at 8:01 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
