The meeting was called to order at 8:00 A.M.by President Thomas Pringle. Commissioners present were Norris (Jack), Berry, John Hotvedt, James Stobber, and Patricia Spiegelhoff. Also present was Fire Chief Lodle. Excused Police Chief Walsh.

Complimentary letter for information of Officer Molitor and Officer Kelter to Police Chief Walsh be included in their folders. Motion made by Commissioner Hotvedt, seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to approve the Minutes of July 19, 2006 meeting by Commissioner Berry, seconded by Commissioner Stobber. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made by Commissioner Hotvedt at 8:04 A.M. to move into Closed Session per authority of SS 1985 (1)(2)To consider applicant for Fire Dept. Commissioner Stobber seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to move out of closed session at 8:13 A.M. by Commissioner Stobber, seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt. Motion carried unanimously.

NOTE next meeting will be November 15, 2006 at 5:30 P.M.
