The meeting was called to order at 6:05 P.M. by President Thomas Pringle. Commissioners present were Norris (Jack), Berry, John Hotvedt, James Stobber, and Patricia Spiegelhoff. Also, present were Police Chief David Walsh and Assistant Chef Scott Eisenhauer. Motion to approve the Amended Minutes of May 2nd, 2006 meeting by Commissioner Berry, Seconded by Commissioner Stobber. Motion carried unanimously Motion to approve the Minutes of June 7, 2006 meeting by Commissioner Stobber, seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion made by Commissioner Stobber at 6:17 P.M. to move into Closed Session per authority of SS 1985 (1)(2) to interview candidates for Police Officer. Commissioner Hotvedt seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to move out of closed session at 8:38 P.M. by Commissioner Hotvedt, seconded by Commissioner Stobber. Motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Stobber so moved Chief Police Walsh be authorized to offer candidate number 1 choice, Amy Tyllo the position of Police Officer. Seconded by Commissioner Hotvedt Motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Hotvedt moved that the Eligibility List remain active for father consideration if needed. Commissioner Stobber seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion at 8:40 P.M. by Commissioner Stobber, seconded by Commissioner Berry to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
