The meeting was called to order at 6:00, p.m. by President Thomas Pringle. Commissioners present were Patricia Spiegelhoff, Norris (Jack) Berry, David Kaiser and James Stobber. Also present was Police Chief David Walsh and Fire Chief Richard Lodle.

Motion to approve the minutes of February 7, 2006 meeting by Commissioner Kaiser, seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried.

Fire Chief request to move into closed Session Pursuant to Wisconsin State Statue 19.85, (1)(c) to interview applicant. Moved by Kaiser seconded by Stobber. at 6:00 p.m. Applicant did not show up for the interview. Motion made and carried to move out of closed session.

Motion at 6:05 p.m. to adjourn by President Pringle seconded by Stobber. Motion carried unanimously.
