The meeting was called to order at 6:31 p.m. by President Thomas Pringle. Commissioners Present were Patricia Spiegelhoff, Norris (Jack) Berry, David Kaiser and James Stobber. Also present was Police Chief David Walsh and Fire Chief Richard Lodle.

Motion to approve the minutes of the July 6, 2005 meeting by Commissioner Kaiser seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried unanimously

Accepted probationary member Ryan Ladick's resignation from his assigned position. Acknowledged the status of new radios from Racine Co. purchased from grants to be coming in the future.

Motion at 6:43 p.m. pursuant to the authority of Section 19.85(1)(c) to consider the performance evaluation of police officers, including probationary officers, by Commissioner Kaiser, seconded by Commissioner Stobber. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion at 6:49 p.m. to move out of closed session by Commissioner Kaiser, seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to extend Sergeant Krupp's probation to the end of April 2006, made by Commissioner Stobber, seconded by Commissioner Spiegelhoff. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion to remove Patrolman Jones from probation status on October 1, 2005 by Commission Stobber, seconded by Commissioner Berry. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Commissioner Kaiser, seconded by Commissioner Berry to cancel meeting scheduled for October 5, 2005. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion at 6:55 p.m. to adjourn by President Pringle, seconded by Commissioner Stobber. Motion carried unanimously.
