developing plans.
We will have a booth at the Home Expo show on
Saturday, March 15"x. We will be ordering new library
cards that also provide a key chain card.
Library promotional video: The City Attorney's office
has been working on drafting a contract for the
production of the library video. Falk discussed concerns
raised by the city attorney's office. After discussion,
the Board voted to maintain control of the project,
supervise the production of the video, and use donated
trust money to pay for the project. Braunschweig moved
and Pockat seconded the motion that the Library should
move forward with the video project using donated money.

The Board also discussed disbursal of the program

active, it managed the annual booksale. The Board
discussed giving the project back to the Friends, and
sharing the revenue between the Library Board and
Friends Group. The Board then discussed providing seed

proceeds. Pockat moved and Braunschweig seconded the

request for use of the meeting room which the city
attorney's office recommended declining. The request has
since been withdrawn.
