Joint Review Board
Minutes
Police Dept. Courtroom
July 12, 2005 6:00 p.m.
The Joint Review Board opened with the following
people in attendance: Mayor Claude Lois, Larry
Paruszkiewicz representing Gateway Technical College;
Julie Anderson representing Racing County and Peter
DeRosier representing Burlington Area School District.
Also in attendance were City Administrator David
Torgler, Dave Wagner, Ehlers & Associates.
On a motion by Anderson and a seconded by DeRosier,
Mayor Lois was nominated chairman. All were in favor and
the motion carried.
On a motion by Anderson and seconded by Paruszkiewicz,
David Lynch was nominated as the public member of the
Joint Review Board. All were in favor and the motion
carried.
Mr. David Wagner, Ehlers & Associates, Inc. made a
presentation to the Board regarding the Tax Incremental
District No. 4 (TID) Project Plan Amendment to allow the
Allocation of Increment to Tax Incremental District No.
3 (TID) and was available for any questions that the
Board had.
The next meeting of the Joint Review Board will be
held on Tuesday August 16, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers.
DeRosier made a motion to adjourn the meeting,
Paruszkiewicz seconded. All were in favor and the motion
carried. The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
