1. CALL TO ORDER. Co-chairman Gerald Kaul called the Joint Extraterritorial Zoning Committee meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

2. ROLL CALL. Present were Gerald Kaul, Thomas Tess, John Lynch, Terri Stffel and Al Schvetz. Absent: Jack Daams.

3. READING OF THE MINUTES OF AUGUST 14, 2001 MEETING. Committee member Lynch moved and Committee member Schvetz seconded to approve the minutes. A voice vote was taken. All Commission members present were in favor and the motion carried.

4. FORMULATE AND ADOPT TENTATIVE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE ETZ.
Kirt Ludwig gave presentation. Committee member Lynch moved and Committee member Schvetz seconded to accept tentative zoning recommendations. A roll call vote was taken. Kaul: Aye; Jack Daams: absent, Tess: Aye; Lynch: Aye; Schvetz: Aye; Stoffel: Aye. The motion carried.

5. Set public hearing to be held by the Joint Committee on October 9, 2001. Committee member Schvetz moved and Committee member Tess seconded to set the next public hearing for October 9, 2001. A voice vote was taken. All Commission members present were in favor and the motion carried.

6. Any other matters. There were no other matters.

7. Adjournment. On a motion by Commissioner Tess and seconded by Commissioner Lynch, the meeting adjourned at 7:41 p.m. A voice vote was taken. All Commission members present were in favor and the motion carried.
