On this Tuesday evening, Mayor Lois called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. starting with roll call. Roll Call: Aldermen Robert Prailes, Peter Girolamo, Steve Rauch, Robert Miller, Katie Simenson, Kent Strong, and John Thate. Alderman Tom Vos was excused. Also present was City Administrator Kevin Lahner.

Alderman Rauch requested a second reading of Resolution Number 4229(124), A resolution to approve Amendment Number One to the Planned Unit Development Agreement with PBJC Burlington, LLC. Alderman Rauch moved and Alderman Girolamo seconded to adopt Resolution No. 4229(124). Roll Call: Ayes: Thate, Prailes, Miller, Girolamo, Rauch, Strong, and Simenson. Nays: None. All were in favor and the motion carried.

Alderman Thate moved and Alderman Girolamo seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:01 p.m. All were in favor and the motion carried.
