At the meeting this Wednesday evening, Mayor Lois called the meeting to order at 9:02 p.m. starting with Roll Call: Kent Strong, Peter Girolamo, John Ekes, Robert Miller, Joel Jacobsen, Tom Vos, and John Thate. Also present were City Administrator, David Torgler; Budget Officer, Bridget Lois; and Police Chief David Walsh.

Mayor Lois entertained a motion to enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats 19.85(1)(c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (g) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Alderman Girolamo moved and Alderman Ekes seconded to adjourn into closed session at 9:03 p.m. Roll Call: Strong, Jacobsen, Girolamo, Miller, Vos, Ekes and Thate.

Alderman Ekes moved and Alderman Miller seconded to reconvene into open session at 9:21 p.m.

Alderman Vos moved and Alderman Jacobsen seconded the motion to ratify the LAW Union Agreement for 2007-2009 business years. Roll Call: Ayes: Strong, Jacobsen,

Girolamo, Miller, Vos, Thate and Ekes. Nays: None. All were in favor and the motion carried.

Adjourn - Alderman Girolamo moved and Alderman Vos seconded to adjourn. All were in favor and the motion carried.
