Mayor Claude Lois called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. with the following in attendance: Mr. Jim Spiegelhoff, Alderman Robert Miller, Ms. Carol Anderson, Mr. Jim Peterson, Mr. Bil Scherrer and Mayor Claude Lois. Mr. Ken Jaeger was excused. Also in attendance were Ms. Francesca Bumpurs of RCEDC and Alderman Kent Strong.

Mr. Jim Spiegelhoff motioned and Mr. Jim Peterson seconded to approve the minutes of August 1, 2006. All were in favor and the motion carried.

Mr. Jim Peterson moved and Mr. Bil Scherrer seconded to adjourn into closed session per Wis. Stats 19.85(1)(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. On a roll call vote all were in favor and the motion carried with Closed Session beginning at 5:32 p.m.

Mr. Bil Scherrer moved and Ms. Carol Anderson seconded to reconvene into open session at 5:34 p.m. On a roll call vote all were in favor and the motion carried.

A motion was made by Alderman Robert Miller to adopt Resolution No. 90, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA) TO SELL THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "EXPANSION SITE". Mr. Bil Scherrer seconded the motion and on a roll call vote all were in favor and the motion carried.

Mr.Bil Scherrer moved and Mr. Peterson seconded to adjourn the meeting. All were in favor and the motion carried with the meeting adjourning at 5:35 p.m.
