Mayor Claude Lois called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. with the following in attendance: Mr. Ken Jaeger, Mayor Claude Lois, Mr. Jim Peterson, Mr. Jim Spiegelhoff, Mr. Bil Scherrer, Alderman Robert Miller, City Administrator David Torgler, Ms. Francesca Bumpurs of RCEDC, Alderman John Ekes. Excused: Ms. Carol Anderson

A motion was made by Mr. Jim Spiegelhoff and seconded by Mayor Claude Lois to accept the minutes from the November 15, 2005 CDA meeting. With all in favor, the motion carried.

New Business
City Administrator David Torgler led the discussion on the Riverfront Expansion Site. The deadline given to Mr. Bryce Styza and Mr. Randy Melody of Harmony Homes is long past with no communication from them. It was suggested by Mayor Lois that a certified letter be sent informing them that the thirty day deadline had passed. A mailing list had been provided to the CDA by RCEDC with a list of potentially interested parties and it was suggested that Harmony Homes be placed on that list also.

A motion was made by Alderman Miller to proceed with the mailings of the RFP. Mayor Lois seconded the motion and with all in favor the motion carried.

Being no further business, Mayor Lois made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Jim Spiegelhoff seconded the motion and with all in favor the meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
