Chairman Ken Jaeger called the meeting to order at
5:30 p.m. with the following in attendance: Alderman
Robert Miller, Mr. Jim Peterson, Ms. Carol Anderson,
Mayor Claude Lois and Mr. Jim Spiegelhoff. Mr. Bil
Scherrer was excused. Also in attendance were: City
Administrator David Torgler, Aldermen John Ekes, Frank
Cannella, James Beardsley, Tom Vos, and Peter Hintz, and
Ms. Francesca Bumpurs of the Racine County Economic
Development Corporation (RCEDC).

Minutes
A motion was made by Mayor Lois and seconded by Mr.
Jim Peterson to accept the minutes from the August 2,
2005 regular meeting and with all in favor, the motion
carried.

New Business
None.
Closed Session
Alderman Robert Miller motioned and Mr. Jim
Speigelhoff seconded to adjourn into closed session per
Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties, the investing of public
funds, or conducting other specified public business,
whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a
closed session. All were in favor and the motion
carried.
Adjournment
With no further business, Mr. Jim Peterson made a
motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Jim Speigelhoff
seconded the motion and with all in favor the meeting
adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
