The meeting of the Community Development Authority was called to order by Chairman Ken Jaeger at 2:30 a.m. with the following in attendance: Chairman Ken Jaeger, Mayor Claude Lois, Alderman Robert Miller, Ms. Carol Anderson, Alderman Jim McCourt, Alderman John Ekes and City Administrator David Torgler.

The members met to conduct a traffic simulation in the downtown vicinity. The simulation was for the purpose of gathering information.

Alderman Miller made a motion to adjourn and Mayor Lois seconded the motion. With all in favor the meeting adjourned at 5:15 a.m.
