The meeting of the Community Development
Authority was called to order by Chairman Ken Jaeger at
6:00 p.m. with the following in attendance: Chairman Ken
Jaeger, Mayor Claude Lois, Alderman Robert Miller, Bil
Scherrer, Carol Anderson, James Spiegelhoff and James
Peterson. Also present were Ann Flad-Jesion, RCEDC; City
Engineer, Thomas Foht; Aldermen Frank Cannella, James
McCourt, Thomas Vos, John Ekes and City Administrator,
David Torgler.

None.
ADJOURNMENT INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mr. Peterson moved and Ms. Anderson seconded to
adjourn into closed session per Wis. Stats. 19.85
(1)(e), deliberating or negotiating the purchasing
of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified business, whenever
competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session. All were in favor and the motion carried.
RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Lois moved and Mr. Miller seconded to adjourn.
All were in favor and the motion carried.
CONSIDERATION ON RECOMMENDATIONS FROM CLOSED SESSION
None.
