COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
October 4, 2001
6:30 p.m.
The meeting of the Community Development Authority
was called to order by Chairman Jack Eckola at 6:30 p.m.
with the following in attendance: Jack Eckola, Mayor
Claude Lois, Alderman Bob Miller, Lynn Gruenke, Ken
Jaeger and Jim Spiegelhoff. Bill Scherrer was excused.
Also in attendance were Dave Anderson of Ehlers and
Associates, David Torgler and Jenny Trick.
MINUTES
On a motion by Spiegelhoff and a second by Jaeger the
minutes of September 6, 2001 were approved. All were in
favor and motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING
On a motion by Lois and a second by Miller the public
hearing for the Proposed Project Plan Amendment Tax
Incremental District No. 4 was closed. All were in favor
and the motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
None
NEW BUSINESS
Lois made a motion to approve Resolution No. 52 that
was a Resolution Approving Project Amendment No. 1 For
Tax Incremental District No. 4, City of Burlington,
Wisconsin. Jaeger seconded the motion and on a roll call
vote all were in favor and the motion carried.
There will be a CDA meeting on October 18, 2001.
Mayor Lois asked to be excused for that meeting.
Lois made a motion to adjourn, Miller seconded and
with all in favor the motion carried. The meeting was
adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
