Chairperson Januszewski called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present were: Harry Putz, Mitch Januszewski, Gary Meisner, Robert Miller, Arlene Runkel and Jerry DeLay

Excused: Bob Kawalec

Guests: Mayor Claude Lois, Todd Terry and Bob Wolf

Open Floor: Mayor Lois commended the airport committee on its work during his tenure in office.

Januszewski moved, Mesiner provided a second, that the city council approve two leases involving 816 Charlie Taxiway and adjacent septic field land to Lima Hotel Zula, LLC (owners: Hank and Lynn Zbierski). Roll call vote: Miller, yes; DeLay, yes; Januszewski, yes; Meisner, yes; Runkel, yes and Putz, yes. Motion carried.

DeLay moved, Meisner provided a second, that the city council approve a lease to Dan Luke, Norstch Plastics, LLC on 1432 Mike Taxiway. Roll call vote: Putz, yes; DeLay, yes; Runkel, yes; Januszewski, yes, Miller, yes and Meisner, yes. Motion Carried.

Runkel moved, Meisner provided a second, that the city council approve a lease to Michelle Bushenot on 1448 Mike Taxiway. Roll call vote: Meisner, yes; Putz, yes; DeLay, yes; Januszewski, yes, Miller, yes and Runkel, yes. Motion carried.

There being no further business, on a motion by Januszewski and a seconded provided by Delay, the committee was adjourned on a roll call vote at 7:02 p.m. Roll call: Miller, yes; DeLay, yes, Januszewski, yes; Meisner, yes; Runkel, yes and Putz, yes. Motion Carried.
