Chair Januszewski called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present were: Bob Miller, Harry Putz, Gary Meisner and Mitch Januszewski

Excused: Jerry DeLay and Arlene Runkel

Absent: Bob Kawalec

Guest: Skip Atwell

Meisner moved, Miller provided a second, that the minutes of the March 22, 2007 minutes be approved. Motion carried.

Januszewski reported that the engineering required to upgrade our fueling facilities will be undertaken this year and that a consultant is currently working on the project.

The committee discussed attendance at an airport land use conference. Meisner moved, Putz provided a second, that Jerry DeLay attend the conference with expenses covered. Roll Call: Miller, yes; Putz, yes; Januszewski, yes and Meisner, yes. Motion carried.

Guest Skip Atwell had questions regarding crack filling and resurfacing. Also questioned was mowing procedures at the airport. The committee responded to his concerns.

As part of the airport manager’s report, Meisner reported that there were no new noise complaints. He also reported that requested funding for projects at the airport were approved by the state and that the city portion of the projects will be requested.

There being no further business, on a motion by Januszewski and a second provided by Meisner, the committee meeting was adjourned on a roll call vote at 6:15 p.m. Roll Call Vote: Putz, yes; Januszewski, yes and Miller, yes. Motion carried.
