CITY OF BURLINGTON
AIRPORT COMMITTEE MEETING

Burlington Municipal Airport Terminal Building
Burlington, Wisconsin

Thursday, November 22, 2005 at 6:00 p.m.

Chairperson Januszewski called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present were: Mitch Januszewski, Jerry DeLay, Gary Meisner, Bob Kawalec and Harry Putz

Excused: John Ekes and Arlene Runkel

Under Runway and Taxiway – Repairs and Maintenance, Meisner moved, Kawalec provided a second to approve Amon and Son’s bid for runway work. Roll Call Vote: DeLay, yes; Januszewski, yes; Kawalec, yes; Meisner, yes and Putz, yes. Motion Carried.

Kawalec moved, Meisner provided a second that: the airport utilize the services of Wanasek Construction for snow plowing at a rate of one hundred dollars per hour under the guidance and direction of the airport manager. Roll Call Vote: Kawalec, yes; Meisner, yes; Januszewski, yes; Putz, yes and DeLay, yes.

In other business, Airport Manager Meisner will meet with the city to consider streamlining the leasing process at the airport.

The December Meeting of the Airport Committee has been canceled.

There being no further business, on a motion by DeLay and a second provided by Meisner, the committee meeting was adjourned on a roll call vote at 6:22 p.m.
