CITY OF BURLINGTON – AIRPORT COMMITTEE

Chairman Januszewski called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m.

Present were: Mitch Januszewski, Jerry DeLay, Harry Putz, Gary Meisner, Bob Kawalec, John Ekes and Arlene Runkel

Guests: None

The Airport Committee reviewed and discussed the Airport Building Lease Draft as presented.

Ekes moved and DeLay seconded, that the Airport Building Lease as amended be approved. Roll call vote: Putz, yes; DeLay, yes; Kawalec, yes; Ekes, yes; Januszewski, yes; Meisner, abstain; Runkel, abstain. Motion carried.

Meisner reported on funds available for future development/upgrades, etc., for Burlington Airport. The committee will continue to review potential improvements so as to make the best possible use of funds available for the best interest of the Burlington community.

The regularly scheduled meeting for the month of June will be canceled.

There being no further business, on a motion by Ekes and a second by DeLay, the committee meeting was adjourned on a roll call vote at 9:16 a.m. Roll Call Vote: Runkel, yes; Meisner, yes; Januszewski, yes; Ekes, yes; DeLay, yes, Putz, yes and Kawalec, yes.
