  5. Public Hearing:

  1. A public hearing to consider evidence pertinent to a request made by Tim and Donna Bartelson for property located at 324 S. Kane Street to consider a variance from Section 315-54C(6), which states accessory uses and detached accessory structures shall not be closer than three (3) feet to any lot line nor ten (10) feet to an alley line in all residential districts. The owner is requesting a five-foot variance to build a garage five feet from the alley.

  1. To consider the variance request by Tim and Donna Bartelson for property located at 324 S. Kane Street to allow a five-foot variance to build a garage five feet from the alley. This property is located in the Rs-3. Single-Famil) Residence District.
