1. Consideration to approve a Conditional Use Application and Site Plan Application for property located at 841 Milwaukee Avenue from MaryAnn Hinds to allow for a tattoo and body piercing parlor, subject to Patrick Meehan’s April 4, 2007 memo to the Plan Commission.

2. Consideration of a recommendation to approve to the Common Council of Ordinance 1827(31), An Ordinance to create a Wellhead Protection Overlay District.

3. Consideration of a Site Plan Application from RKW Redi Mix Concrete, Inc. for property located at 812 Brookview Avenue for the construction of an office addition, subject to Patrick Meehan’s March 31, 2007 memo to the Plan Commission.

4. Conceptual discussion regarding a potential conditional use at 120 Industrial Drive, submitted from Joe Raboine of Harmony Outdoor Living.

5. Consideration of a recommendation to approve to the Common Council of Resolution 4095(83), A Resolution to vacate a small portion of the Buckley Street – Lynch Way intersection, with reversion of title to such land to the abutting property owners; and to amend the Official Map of the City of Burlington to show the same.

6. Consideration of a propose Certified Survey Map (CSM) for The City of Burlington Water Utility for property located in the BMOP, at the northwest corner of the intersection of Liberty Drive and Pine Street (STH 83) (Well #11), subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s March 31, 2007 memo to the Plan Commission.

7. Consideration of a Site Plan Application from the City of Burlington - Water Utility for property located at Liberty Drive and STH 83 for the construction of the reservoir for Well #11, subject to Patrick Meehan’s March 31, 2007 memo to the Plan Commission.
