1. A. Consideration to approve a Rezone application and Certified Survey Map for 601 W. Chestnut Street from Thomas Bieneman to enable the parcel to be split into two parcels, subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s March 8, 2007 memo to the Plan Commission.

2. B. Review of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) issued to Peter James and Anna Ruszkiewicz (dba Anna’s Greenhouse) for property located at 156 South Pine Street to allow for flower sales from a garden-mart temporary building and surrounding exterior of building.

3. C. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of Resolution 4088(76), A Resolution certifying the updated Official Map as provided in Municipal Code s. 60-8.
