  3. Approval of the minutes of July 11, 2006.

  4. Citizen Comments.

  5. Public Hearing:

  1. A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Application from Sandra Miller for property located at 6025 S. Pine Street to allow for a house call veterinary clinic.

  2. A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Application from The City of Burlington Waste Water Treatment Plant for property located at 2224 S. Milwaukee Avenue (Town of Burlington) for a utility shed to house odor control equipment.

  2. New Business:

  1. Consideration to approve Conditional Use Application from Sandra Miller for property located at 6025 S. Pine Street to allow for a house call veterinary clinic, subject to Patrick Meehan’s July 31, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.

  2. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a rezoning request from the Burlington Area School District to rezone 380 McCanna Parkway from M-3, Manufacturing and Office Park District to I-1, Institutional District, subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s July 31, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.

  3. Review of An Ordinance to attach property to the City of Burlington pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 66.0225 and the City-Town agreement and to permanently zone the attached land (Burlington Consumers Cooperative, Southern Lakes United Educators Council, Otter Sales & Service, Cerwin Trust, Miller Motor Sales, Inc, Lancour residence and Cottonpicker restaurant).

  4. Discussion of a conceptual plan to eliminate the B-4 Highway Business District from the Municipal Code.

  5. Review of An ordinance setting forth permanent zoning classifications and regulations for property owned by The Order of the Franciscan Fathers located at 2457 Browns Lake Drive.

  6. Discussion of a conceptual plan to rezone property located at 348 Paul Street for use as an education outreach facility with the Burlington Area School District.

  7. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of an Extraterritorial Final Plat for Arbor View Communities (located on the east side of CTH P, north of Fulton Street and south of Fish Hatchery Road, in the Town of Burlington) subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s July 31, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.
