  5. Public Hearing:

  1. A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use Application from Stelling and Associates Architects for property located at 125 E. State Street (CATHE) to allow for musical instrument instruction and recording and a child daycare center.

  1. Old Business: None.

  2. New Business:

  1. Consideration to approve the Conditional Use Application for property located at 125 E. State Street (CATHE) to allow for musical instrument instruction and recording and a child daycare center subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s June 8, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.

  2. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of a proposed Certified Survey Map for a redivision of Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 2626 (The Glen at Stonegate).

  3. Consideration to approve a Site Plan to allow for the construction of a parking lot at 100 N. Kane Street (BASD District Offices).

  4. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of an Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map (CSM) for Mark Kosobucki (located on the southeast side of CTH W and southwest of Vergon Drive in the Town of Rochester) subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s May 31, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.

  5. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of an Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for Sunset Ridge Subdivision (located on the west side of Hunter’s Lane south of Walburg Lane in the Town of Burlington) subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s May 31, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.

  6. Conceptual consideration for the relocation of Medix Ambulance Services, Inc. from the Burlington Industrial Park (M-2 Zoning District) to the Burlington Manufacturing and Office Park (M-3 Zoning District).
