public hearing to consider a Conditional Use
Application from Peter James and Anna Ruszkiewicz (dba
Anna’s Greenhouse) for property located at 156 South
Pine Street (Pinecrest Shopping Center) to allow for
flower sales from a garden-mart temporary building
and surrounding exterior of building.

Consideration to approve a Site Plan & Conditional
Use Application from Peter James and Anna
Ruszkiewicz (dba Anna’s Greenhouse) for property
located at 156 South Pine Street to allow for flower
sales from a garden-mart temporary building and
surrounding exterior of building subject to the
conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s May 4, 2006
memo to the Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a rezone application from Kevin Bird for
property located at 116 North Dodge Street (Fox
River Station) to allow for the removal of the
building and surrounding area from the FFO,
Floodplain Fringe Overlay District as approved by
the DNR and subject to the conditions as stated in
Patrick Meehan’s March 20, 2006 memo to the Plan
Commission.

Consideration to approve a proposed rezoning and
proposed "Preliminary Plat" for The Glen at
Stonegate Addition No. I and II Subdivision (East of
The Glen at Stonegate Subdivision and Abutting STH
36/83) to allow for the construction of 62
additional residential lots for development subject
to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s May
4, 2006 memo to the Plan Commission.

Consideration to
recommend approval to the Common Council of an
ordinance amending certain non-residential zoning
districts to include the already existing outdoor
lighting restrictions present in the B-1, B-2, B-2A
and M-3 zoning districts.
