Application from Lee Enterprises – Kapur &
Associates to allow for two commercial office
buildings on a single site with the office use
unrelated to the principle operations.

Consideration to approve a Site Plan and Certified
Survey Map from Kempken Investment Group to allow
for the construction of condominiums located on
Falcon Ridge Drive subject to the conditions as
stated in Patrick Meehan’s February 10, 2006 memo to
the Plan Commission.

Consideration to approve a Conditional Use
Application for Lee Enterprises – Plymoth LLC (Ramesh
Kapur) to allow for two office buildings located on
a single site, located at 6025 South Pine Street
subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick
Meehan’s December 31, 2005 memo to the Plan
Commission.

31, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

Council of a rezoning request from Redmond
Commercial Development Corporation to rezone Lot 4
of CSM 2742 located on Buckley Road, east of STH
36/83 from Rm-3, Low-Density Multiple-Family
Residence District with a Planned Unit Development
Overlay to B-1, Neighborhood Business District with
a Planned Unit Development Overlay for a retail
development (Taco Bell / Long John Silvers
restaurant) subject to the conditions as stated in
Patrick Meehan’s December 31, 2005 memo to the Plan
Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a rezoning request from Kempken
Investment Group, LLP to rezone lands lying east of
Peregrine Court and north of Falcon Ridge Drive from
Rm-1, Multiple Family Residence District & FC,
Floodplain Conservancy District to Rm-1, Multiple
Family Residence District & FC, Floodplain
Conservancy District with a PUD, Planned Unit
Development Overlay District for a 33-unit
condominium project subject to the conditions as
stated in Patrick Meehan’s February 10, 2006 memo to
the Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of Ordinance 1789(13) Wellhead
Protection.

Council of an Extraterritorial Final Plat for
Walburg Trust Estates (Tom King) subject to the

2006 memo to the Plan Commission.
