Enterprises – Plymoth LLC (Ramesh Kapur) to allow
for a proposed office building located at 6025 South
Pine Street subject to the conditions as stated in
Patrick Meehan’s December 31, 2005 memo to the Plan
Commission.

Consideration to approve a Site Plan for Paul
Mueller, Focus Realty to allow for the construction
of a new real estate office / tenant building
located at 800 Milwaukee Avenue subject to the
conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s December
31, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

Consideration to approve a Site Plan from MRED –
Cummings Commercial Development to allow for the
construction of a Walgreens Drug Store w/drive –
thru Pharmacy Window subject to the conditions as
stated in Patrick Meehan’s January 6, 2006 memo to

Consideration of a Proposed Zoning Code Text
Amendment and addition Amending Section 315-140
"Word Usage and Definitions", and Section 315-15C
"A-1 Agricultural / Holding District" of Chapter 315
"Zoning" of the City of Burlington Municipal Code by
adding "Borrow Pit" use as a Conditional Use in the
A-1 Agricultural / Holding District.
