1. Consideration to approve a Site Plan for Christopher Fait for property located at 216 North Pine Street for the construction of a new building and use of the existing building to be used as business & mercantile as stated in Patrick Meehan’s November 30, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

2. Consideration to approve a Site Plan and Certified Survey Map from Kempken Investment Group to allow for the construction of condominiums located on Falcon Ridge Drive subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s December 5, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

3. Consideration to recommend approval to the Common Council of an Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for Walburg Trust Estates (Tom King) subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s November 30, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.
