Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a rezoning application for Jeffrey &
Laura Cichocki to rezone property located at 101
East State Street from B-1, Neighborhood Business
District to Rs-3, Single Family Residence District
subject to the conditions as stated in Patrick
Meehan’s March 30, 2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a Certified Survey Map for a land
division for St. John’s Evangelical Church in the
City of Burlington (Southeast side of Westridge
Avenue) subject to the conditions as stated in
Patrick Meehan’s August 31, 2005 memo to the Plan
Commission.

Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP)
issued to J.W. Peters in 1994 and modified on
January 14, 2003.

Annual review of a Conditional Use Permit issued to
Great Lakes Components at 496 South Pine Street to
operate a component assembly business.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of the Final Plat for the Fox River Landing
at the Murphy Farm – Addition No. 1 subject to the
conditions as stated in Patrick Meehan’s August 31,
2005 memo to the Plan Commission.

recommend approval to the Common Council of A
resolution certifying the updated official map as
provided in the Municipal Code Section 60-8.
