1. Plan Commission action regarding the Proposed Amendment of Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 4 in the City of Burlington, Wisconsin, and approval of Project Plan Amendment (See the Resolution (Approving a Project Plan Amendment for Tax Incremental District No. 4, City of Burlington, Wisconsin)

2. Consideration to approve occupancy of an additional 862 square feet of office space on the south front of the building located at 925 Milwaukee Avenue (Dale Bruesewitz) subject to a parking space lease agreement for the three (3) additional parking spaces required for this occupancy.
