A public hearing to consider a Conditional Use
Application for Lee Enterprises – Plymoth LLC (Ramesh
Kapur) to allow for a commercial office building
(office use unrelated to principle industrial
operations).

Application for Oakland Enterprises to allow for a
retail home center (Menards); structure to exceed
60,000 square feet; building supply store; retail /
wholesale sales of electrical apparatus and
equipment; farm and garden machinery; outdoor
display of merchandise.

Consideration to approve the Conditional Use
Application and Site Plan for Lee Enterprises –
Plymoth LLC (Ramesh Kapur) to allow for a commercial
office building (office use unrelated to principle
industrial operations) subject to the conditions as
stated in Patrick Meehan’s June 6, 2005 memo to the
Plan Commission.

Consideration to approve revisions to the Site Plan
for the Gateway Technical College located at 496
McCanna Parkway subject to the conditions as stated
in Patrick Meehan’s June 8, 2005 memo to the Plan
Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a Certified Survey Map (CSM) and rezoning
application for Mark Starzyk to rezone property
located at 349 W. Market Street from B-1,
Neighborhood Business District to M-1, Light
Manufacturing District subject to the conditions as
stated in Patrick Meehan’s June 3, 2005 memo to the
Plan Commission.

Consideration to approve the Site Plan for Corporate
Contractors, Inc. (ABC Supply Co.) to allow for the
construction of a showroom / warehouse at 681 S.
Kane Street subject to the conditions as stated in
Patrick Meehan’s May 31, 2005 memo to the Plan
Commission.

Consideration to approve the Conditional Use
Application and Site Plan for Oakland Enterprises to
allow for a retail home center (Menards); structure
to exceed 60,000 square feet; building supply store;
retail / wholesale sales of electrical apparatus and
equipment; farm and garden machinery; outdoor
display of merchandise subject to the conditions as
stated in Patrick Meehan’s June 6, 2005 memo to the
Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of a rezoning application for Oakland
Enterprises to rezone property located at 2100
Milwaukee Avenue (Menards), which is currently zoned
B-1, Neighborhood Business District and FC,
Floodplain Conservancy with a PUD Overlay. The
petitioner would like to amend their current Planned
Unit Development agreement to expand the current
commercial business uses subject to the conditions
as stated in Patrick Meehan’s June 6, 2005 memo to
the Plan Commission.

Consideration to recommend approval to the Common
Council of an Extraterritorial Certified Survey Map
for Richard F. Wieners subject to the conditions as
stated in David Torgler’s June 10, 2005 memo to the
Plan Commission.
